11xplay Terms of Use for Indian Players
These are the working rules of an 11xplay account, written plainly rather than in legal language nobody reads. They cover who may hold an 11xplay ID, what the desk will and will not do, how deposits and cash-outs are treated, and what happens when a settled market is disputed.
Holding an 11xplay Account
- You must be 18 or over.An 11xplay ID is for adults only. The desk closes any account it finds is held by somebody under 18, and any balance on it is returned to the source it came from.
- One person, one 11xplay ID.Duplicates get merged or closed once the desk notices them, and that tidying is done by hand, so it is slower than anybody wants. There is nothing to gain either — a single 11xplay username already carries every market, the whole statement history and the balance.
- The account is yours alone.Sharing an 11xplay login means sharing a balance, an exposure figure and an open-bets list. Two people acting at once will place positions neither intended, and the statement records the account rather than the person.
- Keep the username safe. The 11xplay desk searches accounts by username and identifies you by it. Anybody who has it plus your password has your account.
Deposits and Withdrawals on 11xplay
UPI deposits into an 11xplay account start at Rs 500 and are credited once the reference reaches the desk, normally in one to three minutes. Bank transfers take five to twenty minutes. Nothing is deducted from a deposit; the full amount lands in your balance.
Withdrawals clear in twenty to sixty minutes on an ordinary night and can take longer during the closing hours of a major tournament. The bank account you withdraw to must carry the same name as the one you deposited from. A mismatch sends the request for a manual check, which is the single most common reason an 11xplay cash-out is delayed.
Larger withdrawals may require identity documents. Nothing is asked for at the point of opening an 11xplay ID, and the desk will tell you clearly if and when a document is needed rather than silently holding a payment while you wonder what happened to it.
Markets and Settlement on 11xplay
An 11xplay market settles on the official result of the event. Once a market is settled it stands, including where a review, a rain rule or an abandonment produced an outcome you did not expect. A market that is suspended mid-over is being protected while an event is confirmed and reopens on its own.
Check the open-bets list before counting a position as live. An order placed at a price nobody took is still an order, and on a thin 11xplay market it can sit there untouched until the event closes. Commission is charged on winnings and printed as its own line in the 11xplay statement, so it is never buried inside the price you saw.
What the 11xplay Desk Will Never Do
It will never ask for your existing password. Not once, not for any reason anybody can invent, and not even to help you. It will never charge a fee to open an 11xplay ID, because opening one is free. And it will not give betting advice or tell you what to back — anybody doing either is not the 11xplay desk, whatever the message says.
Disputes and Corrections
If something on your 11xplay account looks wrong, read the statement first: it records every deposit, settled market and withdrawal in order, and answers most questions in seconds. If it still looks wrong, message the desk with your 11xplay username, the amount and the time. The desk can see the same rows you can and will explain or correct what happened.
Genuine errors are corrected. Settled 11xplay results are not reopened because the outcome was disappointing, and that rule has to apply to everybody equally or it protects nobody at all.
